  9. elo…what you have done is amazing… i would love to be able to make one myself but unfortuantly i am not that clever… how much do you charge to make one… i am willing to pay whatever the price it takes, so if you could please email me with any details, i would be so greatful, a laptop xbox would make not just my day but life SERIOUSLY!

  10. If you would do “Anything” for one of these at “Any price” then why don’t you just make one? He gives you all the instructions you need. You might even be able to incorporate a battery or find a way to make it better/more personal. I would like to see more people being as resourceful as Ben and make a wide variety of these things. I’m working on making a steam punk laptop right now but when I’m done I’m going to see if I can make one of these and put a battery on it. Any thoughts on that Ben?

You can pretty much use any monitor you want but you WILLNEED a multimeter and some intuition mixed with some time

  12. ANd to all the ppl asking the price for this is well justified at 3500 considering the work it takes …i know i built one and it is time consuming…..i spent 6 hours alone on a pc turning a 3-d design into g-code just to mill my second case on a CNC and that is only cosmetic ..and im a carpenter so that part was my job so just think ben doesnt have a 600,000 dollar 5 axis cnc so thats more cost incurred so before anyone has anything to say about monitary issues think of this and then imagine the time it takes to rewire the guts.
i am by no means stupid but to not lie i almost threw the project out the window a few times so if you think you can build it do so, other wise appreciate the laptop for what it is and cough up the cake$

  13. i want one. theres friggin sharks with friggin laser beams attached to there friggin heads but even that cant beat the 360 laptop

  14. Haha honestly i would not attempt to build your own if you do not have a good background with electronics and have some knowledge on how to sauder parts together. I myself have undertaken the challenge of trying to build one and it is quite difficult, even with my dads help (who is an electrician) this is still a very difficult and time consuming build. DO NOT ATTEMPT UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!
